These low carb pretzels are soft on the inside and melt in your mouth. Just because they are made with cheese, they don’t taste like it. Don’t forget to add the sea salt, it adds the extra flavor needed to bring this recipe together.

- cream cheese
- sea salt
Preheat your oven to 420 °F.
Whisk one egg and set to the side, this will be the egg wash.
Mix the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella and cream cheese, then microwave for 1 and a half minutes. After the 1 1/2 minutes, stir well until combined.
Add the flour mixture and 2 eggs mixing well until you dough forms.
Split the dough into 6 balls. Then roll them out into thin strips, form into a pretzel shape.
Place the pretzels on a baking sheet. Brush each with the egg wash. Sprinkle some sea salt on top of them.
Bake in oven for approximately 12 minutes.
Remove and allow pretzels to slightly cool before eating.
