Pumpkin Spice Collagen Protein Smoothie
This keto pumpkin spice collagen protein shake taste just like pumpkin pie, without the carbs or the extra sugar. I use collagen powder as my choice of protein powder for several reason including joint pain relief and muscle growth.
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla or plain Perfect Keto Collagen Powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1 tsp Erythritol
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Top with whipped cream or coconut cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
