Pumpkin Spice Collagen Protein Smoothie

This keto pumpkin spice collagen protein shake taste just like pumpkin pie, without the carbs or the extra sugar. I use collagen powder as my choice of protein powder for several reason including joint pain relief and muscle growth.
What is Collagen?
Collagen is the main component of connective tissue, and is the most abundant protein in humans, making up about 25% to 35% of the whole-body protein content.
Collagen protein, on the other hand, is a clean protein — in its pure form, it has no additives or sweeteners — that can help keep you full and promote satiety.
Collagen protein powder has many health benefits including improving skin, helps recovery of joints, prevent bone loss, boost muscle growth, and promotes heart health.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla or plain Perfect Keto Collagen Powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1 tsp Erythritol
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Top with whipped cream or coconut cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
