Keto Oven Baked Fried Chicken
I’m a huge fan of homemade fried chicken, so once I started keto it was hard to give it up, that was at least until I tried this Keto Oven Baked Fried Chicken recipe. I know a lot of food bloggers claim their recipes are the best, then they taste like shit when you recreate them.
I promise you, this is not one of those times. This keto oven baked fried chicken is one of my go-to meals and the whole family can enjoy it. Follow the ingredient list and directions below and let me know how you liked it.

- 5oz (150g) Almond Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Onion Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Dried Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper

- Mix all dry ingredients into bowl, add eggs to separate bowl and whisk.
- Take your chicken (breast, strips, legs, or wings) and dunk it piece my piece in the egg wash, then into the dry mix. Make sure each piece is coated then place on a baking rack or pan.
- once all chicken is coated and placed on the pan, place in oven on 350 degrees F (180C) for 22 mins. halfway through flip the chicken.
Tip: allow chicken to cook to a golden brown color. when it is undercooked, the batter will fall of the meat. Allowing it to become golden brown will help with the coating to stick to the chicken when eating.
