Instructions

1. Mix together the 5 ingredients and pour HALF of the batter into a greased pre-heated mini waffle maker. 

2. Close the lid and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes or until the automatic timer or light goes off; 

3. Repeat for next waffle.
