What is the Keto Big Mac Salad Sauce Made out of?

Some may think the Big Mac sauce is the same as thousand island dressing and while we don’t know what’s in the original Big Mac sauce, is his keto version taste just like it.

Tips For Making A Keto Big Mac Salad

  • The sauce will be a big hit and can be eaten up to a week after being made, so make a lot of it!
  • Make sure your drain the ground beef after it is cooked to prevent a greasy salad mess.
  • Use a non stick pan to make clean up easy.

Ingredients

Here are the basic ingredients needed to make this delicious Keto Big Mac Salad. The best thing about this salad, is that all the ingredients are pretty healthy and it doesn’t calls for any bad chemicals or “fake” food. This salad is perfect for the entire family!

Ground beef

Sea salt

Black pepper

Romaine lettuce

Tomatoes

Cheddar cheese

Pickles

Mayonnaise

Mustard

White vinegar

Smoked paprika

Powdered erythritol

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet. Season meat with sea salt and pepper, break up ground beef with spatula while cooking on a high heat until meat is finish.
  2. While ground beef is cooking, blend all sauce ingredients together in a blender. If the sauce is to thick, thin it out with water.
  3. Add all salad ingredients together. I like to separate mine in one bowl, but you can also mix them up.
  4. Once salad is prepared, add sauce.

  • 1 tsp  Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 oz. Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pickles diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Pickles diced
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered erythritol
